How to
make the Best Scents out of Your Oils
ESSENTIAL
OILS are precious and must be treated with respect.
AROMATHERAPY BLENDS are ready to USE AS DIRECTED.
Pure
ESSENTIAL OILS or POTENTISED SYNERGISTIC BLENDS
must NEVER be Applied Undiluted to the Skin (except
where directed) and MUST NOT be taken Internally.
POTENTISED SYNERGISTIC BLENDS are
a Balanced Mixture of 2 or more Essential Oils which, together,
produce a desired effect.
Pure
ESSENTIAL OILS or P. S. Bs. may only be used for
: 5 DAYS ON - THEN 2 DAYS OFF.
They may be
used in the following ways for Maximum Benefit.

Add to
Cold Pressed Vegetable Oil for Massage

Use
Neat on a Tissue to Inhale
-
Add 6
Drops to a china mug of Boiling Water, tent a paper
towel over & inhale steam (This must not be
used by Asthmatics, especially children, as
it may provoke an attack).

Add
Maximum of 4-6 Drops to a Bath or use on a damp
washcloth after a shower (Won’t leave the bath oily
- and it is not necessary to use soap as well, as
all Oils are Antiseptic).

Use in
an Oil Burner

Use on
Cotton Wool Balls in drawers and wardrobes

Make
your own Room Spray by mixing 2 or 3 essential oils
& adding to a spray bottle of distilled water
